VANILLA CHEESE CAKE 
Make a graham cracker crust according to package directions. Put into the bottom of a 10 inch cake pan. Combine and beat until smooth:

12 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar

Pour into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool about 10 minutes. Turn oven to 400 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix and spread on crust. Bake 5 minutes in 400 degree oven. Chill.
