MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
Fresh cauliflower
Fresh broccoli
1 can mushrooms, drained
Green olives, drained
Black olives, drained
Frozen brussel sprouts
2-3 bottles Italian salad dressing

Any vegetable of your choice may be added or omitted.

Clean all vegetables and cut into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients and pour salad dressing over vegetables. Chill at least 12 hours before serving.

For best results stir occasionally. Quantity of vegetables is up to you. Any brand dressing is okay. Use enough dressing so that vegetables are all coated generously.
