CHICKEN PROVOLONE 
6 chicken breasts, boned
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1/2-1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lg. green pepper
1 lg. onion
2-3 tbsp. oil
4-6 slices provolone cheese
1 med. can mushrooms

Saute green pepper and onion in oil until golden brown. Add tomato sauce and garlic salt to taste. Heat through. Place chicken breasts in a Pyrex pan and cover with prepared sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Add 1 medium can of mushroom and top with provolone cheese. Return to oven and cook another 15 to 20 minutes. Until cheese melts. Serve over steamed rice or egg noodles.
