CHICKEN PROVOLONE 
Chicken breasts, skinned and boned, 1 per person plus 2 extras
Flour
Salt & pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can water
1 can mushrooms, or fresh mushrooms
1 onion, diced
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 can black olives, cut up
Salt & pepper & garlic to taste

Roll chicken breasts in flour. Add salt and pepper then brown. Lay chicken breasts in baking dish, cover with rest of ingredients. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Place a piece of provolone on each breast and bake 10 minutes more. Serve with any type of potato or rice.
