MEXICAN WEDDING RINGS 
1/2 lb. butter
dash of salt
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, salt and sugar. Add other ingredients and roll into 1-inch balls.

Bake at 325°F to 350°F for about 20 minutes. They will not be brown. While hot, roll in powdered sugar. If preferred, when cooled, roll in powdered sugar again.
