CONSOMME RICE 
2 cans consomme soup
1 c. raw rice
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. parsley flakes

Pour raw rice into pan. Empty soup on top of rice. Stir. Place pats of butter on top. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, cover. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees or until rice is soft or soup is all absorbed.
