FROZEN FRUIT CAKE 
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 of 4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 med. bananas, diced
1/2 c. red candied cherries, sliced
1/2 c. green candied cherries, sliced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In a mixing bowl, blend together sour cream, Cool Whip, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Fold in fruit and nuts. Turn into 4 1/2 cup ring mold. Freeze several hours. Unmold onto a lettuce plate.
