BARBECUED BEEF 
6 lb. boneless chuck (or pork) cut in pieces
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. bottle ketchup
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Cut meat into pieces and place in large oven roaster. Place remainder of ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir well. Pour over meat and cook in a slow oven (250 degrees) for 6 or more hours. When meat is tender, shred with 2 forks. Serve on hamburger buns.
