SAVORY SALMON LOAF 
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 (1 lb.) can flaked salmon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. melted butter

Combine ingredients in order given. Pack firmly into buttered 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 3 inch loaf pan and bake in moderate 350 degree oven 30 to 40 minutes. Turn onto platter and garnish with sliced hard-cooked eggs and sliced pickles. Serves 6.
