WHITE SALAD 
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. walnuts, chopped
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 env. Dream Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 1/4 cups sugar. Fold in crackers and nuts. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool.

Prepare 1 envelope Dream Whip as package directed. Beat in 8-ounces cream cheese (room temperature), then add 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained). Spread onto crust and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
