SOUTHERN PERSIMMON PUDDING 
1 pt. persimmon puree
2 c. sugar
1 stick melted butter
4 eggs
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of nutmeg
1 c. buttermilk

Beat together until smooth. Pour into a greased Pyrex pan, 9x14x2 inches deep. Cook 1 hour at 300 degrees. Let cool before cutting in squares.
