EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cooked chicken, cut in bite-size pieces

Prepare 1 package stuffing mix and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer chicken over stuffing. Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken.

Prepare second package stuffing mix and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees or until heated through. (Can also use leftover turkey.)
