1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix and pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
