HONEY BAKED CHICKEN 
Season skinless chicken breasts with lite salt and lemon pepper. Coat chicken breasts with honey. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes. Honey seals in the seasoning and juices. Serve with a tossed green salad, lightly steamed broccoli and brown rice.

Cover broccoli with a cheese sauce made with 1/4 cup Velveeta, 1/4 cup Mexican style Velveeta and 1/4 cup milk. Cube cheese spread, add milk and cook on low. Stir often.
