HONEY PECAN SWEET POTATOES 
3-4 med. sized sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. corn syrup
Dash salt
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans

Cook potatoes in the peeling in boiling water for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Cool, peel, slice lengthwise. Arrange potatoes in a shallow greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
