6 med. sweet potatoes, cooked
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. orange juice

Place potatoes in baking dish and season with a dash of salt. Combine butter and honey in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over potatoes. Drizzle orange juice over potatoes. Bake in 400 degree oven 20 to 25 minutes. Baste several times.
