KIM'S SPICY CHEESE 
Great on crackers or chips!

any flavor shredded cheese (8 oz. or more)
salsa (mild, medium or hot)
mayonnaise

Put cheese in storage bowl. Add just enough mayonnaise to bare coat the cheese. Add salsa (your choice) until spreadable. You can make in small or large batches.
