1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Hershey syrup

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees in 9x13 pan for about 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Boil 1 minute. Pour over brownies immediately.
