PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten (or egg substitute)
1 c. dark Karo syrup
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecan pieces
1 (9 inch) pie shell (Mrs. Smith's is best)

Combine first 5 items and mix. Add nuts. Pour into a pie shell; place on baking sheet and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes.
