PORK STEAK DINNER 
4 pork steaks
10 sm. potatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, stems & pieces
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1 pkg. frozen peas & corn

Brown pork steaks, drain. Add to potatoes and onion. Mix everything except peas and carrots. Pour mixture over meat, potatoes, and onion. Heat to boiling - reduce heat. Cover and simmer 50-60 minutes. Rinse peas and carrots to separate. Add to rest. Cook 10-15 minutes. Serve.
