MOCK RASPBERRY JAM 
5 c. ground, green tomatoes
3 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin

Heat tomatoes to boiling. Add sugar and boil 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in dry Jello. Seal with wax or refrigerate. Tastes and looks like real raspberry jam because of the seeds. Can also use strawberry, wild cherry, and black cherry Jello.
