CATHY'S COOKIE WALNUT BARS 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
4 eggs, beaten
1 (1 lb.) brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. chopped walnuts
1 sm. pkg. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla

Knead and press together in 12 x 18 inch pan: Butter, sugar, flour and cornstarch; bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over first mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frost with: 1 cube butter, 1 package powdered sugar, 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Sprinkle with chopped nuts; cut into squares.
