BROILED FISH TOPPING 
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Marinate fish in lemon juice 10 minutes. Coat top of fish with above ingredients mixed. Top with Parmesan cheese. Broil one side. Turn and do the same on second side until done and golden brown
