APPLESAUCE MEAT RING 
1 beaten egg
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed or 1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. lean ground beef or ground raw turkey

In a medium bowl combine egg, crumbs, applesauce and salt. Add meat and mix well. In a 9 inch microwave safe pie plate. Shape meat mixture into a 6 inch ring. Cover meat ring with waxed paper. Microwave meat on 100% power (high) for 7-10 minutes or until no pink remains, turn dish a half turn after 4 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes, covered. Makes 4 servings. Microwave or bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
