ORANGE FRUIT SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. tapioca pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits
1 c. whipping cream
Coconut (optional)
Bananas (may be added)

Cook pudding in milk. Cool. Drain fruit. Add lemon juice, marshmallows, oranges and pineapple. Chill overnight. When ready to serve, whip cream and add to overnight mixture and top with coconut.
