BROCCOLI SALAD 
6 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried basil
2 pkgs. broccoli spears
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs

Combine ingredients through basil leaves; shake and mix well. Chill. Cook broccoli; drain and cool. Pour some of dressing over broccoli; marinate (covered) in refrigerator. Serve with chopped egg sprinkled on top.
