ZABAGLIONE 
8 lg. egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Marsala wine
1/2 c. dry white wine
Some strawberries if you want

Place egg yolks and sugar plus Marsala and white wine in a pot. Place pot over hot water and beat until thickened (beat in only one direction). Serve immediately. Add fresh strawberries, if desired. 4 servings.
