NAPOLI CHICKEN BROIL 
2 sticks butter
2 envelopes Italian salad dressing mix
1/4 c. lime juice
8 chicken breasts (about 12 oz. each)

Melt butter in a small saucepan; stir in salad dressing mix and lime juice. Brush part over both sides of chicken. Place chicken, skin side down, on grill about 10 inches above hot coals. Grill, turning and brushing pieces often with more butter mixture, 40 minutes, or until tender and richly glazed.
