OREO CRUNCH 
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 med. size Cool Whip

Soften ice cream to room temperature. Add Cool Whip and stir well. Crumble 2 rows of Oreo cookies into ice cream mixture. Freeze in Pyrex dish. Set out 5 minutes before serving and cut in squares.
