MOCK CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. red hots
1 c. applesauce

Dissolve red hots in boiling water. Dissolve Jello in red hot water and applesauce. Chill.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix well and spread over chilled salad.
