BEEF BOILED DINNER 
1 1/2 or 2 lb. beef roast (tip good)

Add small amount of water, dash of garlic and pepper. Cover with foil. Bake 3 hours until done at 350 degrees. Take meat out of juice. Add 4 teaspoons of beef bouillon and about 4 cups water. Finish cooking on top of stove.

Clean and cut 6 carrots in chunks. Peel 3-4 potatoes and cut in chunks. Cut up 2 stalks celery. Chop up 1 large onion (1 1/2 cup), 1/2 small cauliflower (cut up). Add carrots first then celery and onions. Cook 15-20 minutes. Add potatoes and cauliflower and more garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 20 minutes more until done.
