BOILED BEEF DINNER 
1 (5 lb.) brisket
1 tsp. salt
4 potatoes
4 carrots
8 c. water
Parsley
Mustard & horseradish
Worcestershire sauce

Put beef in deep pot with water and boil, then lower heat and let it simmer for 4 hours. Add potatoes. Cover the last hour of cooking. Slice meat and serve with mustard, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce.
