CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
1 cut-up chicken or 4 chicken breasts
1 lg. onion

Simmer onion in oil until soft. Add chicken and paprika; add about 1 1/2 cups of water. Cook at low heat until done.

DUMPLINGS:

Beat 4-5 eggs. Add about 2 cups of flour; add water until it is able to spoon off into boiling water. Spoon dumplings into boiling water. Cook about 5 minutes. (They will come up from the bottom of the pan.) Rinse in cold water, and put in with chicken. Heat well.
