CHICKEN PAPRIKASH 
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut in pieces
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped garlic
2 thin sliced carrots
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. Light & Lively Free sour cream
1 tbsp. parsley

Quickly brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken from pan and cook onion, garlic and carrots in the same pan. Stir in pepper, chicken broth and paprika. Bring to a boil. Return chicken to the pan. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley. Per serving: 281 calories; 11 grams fat.
