ALFREDO SAUCE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Cook the pasta as directed on package, drain. Return to pot and add the butter, stir until melted. Add beaten egg and heavy cream. Stir until blended over very low heat. Add cheese and pepper, stir until well blended. If sauce is too thick, add a small amount of heavy cream and stir well. Serve immediately.
