HOT MULLED CIDER 
1/2 gal. cider or apple juice
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 lemon, sliced
1/2 orange, sliced
1 apple, sliced
2 sticks cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves or 1 tsp. allspice

Pour cider, fruits and spices into a large soup pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Can be kept hot in a crock pot.
