HOT MULLED CIDER 
6 c. apple cider
3 tbsp. brown sugar, heaping
16 whole cloves
4 lemon slices
8 (4 inch) cinnamon sticks

Combine cider and brown sugar in medium saucepan. Put 4 cloves in rind of each lemon slice. Add to cider. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
