APPLE CIDER JELLY 
This is not the sort of jelly you spread on your toast, but a molded cider gelatin, which the English call "Jellies."

2 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
2 c. boiling hot cider
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice

Dissolve the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients in the order given. Pour into a wet mold and chill. Unmold and serve with whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
