APPLE CIDER PIE 
1 baked (9 inch) pie shell
2 tbsp. red hots
1 1/2 c. cider
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
2 c. Cool Whip
2 big red apples, grated

Take 3/4 cider, dissolve candy and Jello. Add rest of cider. Chill until syrupy. Add apple and whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate.
