BEER CHEESE SOUP 
6 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 c. melted butter
1 c. flour
1 (12 oz.) bottle beer
1 lg. (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of cheese soup
Popcorn for croutons

Heat milk, salt, pepper and Cheez Whiz together. Mix melted butter and flour together to make roux. Thicken soup with the roux. Add beer. Sprinkle popcorn to top.
