1 pkg. yellow butter cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped pecans
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 bar German style chocolate, grated
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350°F for one hour. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Beat together to frosting consistency.
