MELTING MOMENTS | |
1 c. butter 1/3 c. powdered sugar 3/4 c. cornstarch 1 c. flour Cream butter, gradually add sugar, cornstarch and flour. Mix well. Drop in small heaps on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown on the bottom and the top is white. Cool; then frost. NOTE: The cookies must be frosted as there is no flavoring in the dough. FROSTING: 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. flavoring Half & half Mix butter, sugar and flavoring, add enough cream to spread. SUGGESTIONS: Tint green, mint flavor Tint yellow, lemon flavor Leave white, vanilla flavor Tint pint, mint flavor |
