PEPPERONI ROLL 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 pkg. pepperoni, sliced
Toppings of your choice
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
Parmesan cheese

Let bread dough thaw about 5 hours. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to about 10 x 15 inch rectangle. It is easier to handle dough in you cut it in half. Layer pepperoni, Provolone and Parmesan cheese.

Add any of the following: sauteed mushrooms, onion, green pepper, etc. and any pizza topping of your choice. After all ingredients are on, roll like a jelly roll and place on cookie sheet, seam side down. Make sure all edges are sealed. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serves 4.
