PEPPER-OLIVE-MUSHROOM MIX | |
8 qts. hot peppers, cut up 1 can black olives, cut up 1 can green olives, cut up 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, clean and slice 4 tbsp. oregano Chopped garlic to taste 2 tbsp. parsley Use rubber gloves to clean and cut in small pieces the peppers. Soak overnight in 1 part vinegar and 1 part water. Next day, drain and put in large bowl. Add olives and mushrooms. Add seasonings. Cover all this with oil. Mix all ingredients. Can be refrigerated or canned. |
