MEAT FONDUE 
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Refrigerate.

CURRY SAUCE:

1 c. ground peanuts
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. curry powder

STEAK SAUCE:

Saute 1 small onion and 1 clove garlic and 1/4 cup butter.

Add: 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 (10 oz.) can beef gravy with mushrooms 1/2 c. red wine 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Serve warm.

HOT AND SPICY:

1 c. chili sauce (bottled)
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix together. Simmer for 5 minutes.
