HAM BARBEQUE | |
1 qt. gingerale 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 onion, chopped 1 lb. chipped ham Simmer all ingredients EXCEPT HAM for 1 hour, until thick. Add ham and simmer for 1 more hour. NOTE: For 3 pounds of ham, double the recipe for sauce, do not triple! |
