SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup (celery or mushroom)
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. butter
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients, put in baking dish, and sprinkle cheese on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
