SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. ground sausage
3 slices white bread, crusts removed
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 c. whole milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown sausage, stirring to crumble well; drain on paper towels; set aside. Cut bread into cubes. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with butter-flavor Pam. Put bread cubes in pan; sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage mixture. Chill at least 8 hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
