MEXICAN PIZZA 
6 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
Shredded lettuce
2 c. shredded cheese
1 med. tomato, diced
Sour cream
Picante sauce

In a 12 inch skillet heat 1/4 inch shortening or vegetable oil. Fry each tortilla until golden on both sides. Set aside. In skillet brown and drain ground beef. Add beans and heat through. Spread meat-bean mixture on fried tortillas and top each with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and picante sauce.
