SQUASH AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. of squash
1 med. onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sage
Powder salt, pepper and paprika to taste

Cook squash in small amount of salt water, and boil until tender. Drain well. Mix ingredients, except half cup of cheese and paprika. Pour into buttered casserole. Place remaining cheese over top, sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly and cheese on top is melted, about 20 or 25 minutes.
